HUD Homes for $100 Down Payment

HUD is once again offering HUD properties for a down payment of $100. This program is wonderful for owner occupant buyers using FHA financing who prefer to hang on to their cash.

Qualifying properties will be HUD properties in select states purchased at list price or higher including homes with reduced list prices. HUD will still consider paying closing cost up to 3% using this program.
